MANAGING CHALLENGING SITUATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AMID PANDEMIC (2-DAY PROGRAMME)

Synopsis

This two-day programme is designed to build participants’ emotional intelligence and problem-solving competencies, so that they can respond effectively when they encounter challenging situations with customers.  Participants will use their “real-world” case studies in the learning and teaching environment to calibrate their competencies when responding to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face contact.

The seminar will look at tools, strategies and competencies that staff members could use to identify early psychological stress symptoms, and in so doing, be able to better lead and direct interventions to support staff to thrive in unprecedented challenging situations.  The content of the seminar is designed to help participants build capacity and tenacity, leverage support resources, and acquire self-management skills to develop mental-socio-emotional resilience. Participants will also acquire knowledge and skills to escalate cases, and support peers to regain mental health and well-being.
